Yet, scientifically speaking it’s widely accepted that it’s the additional blood pooled around down there. And I say widely accepted because Blue Balls is NOT in any medical textbooks! How can that be if more than half of men in a survey said they’ve experienced this? How often does it happen and how painful is it really? Also, can women get Blue balls?
